As in the Perugian workshops of the Renaissance, the passion that is transmitted from one generation to the next hands down the acquired skills, as the propensity continues to innovate, so in Pigolotti high craftsmanship is combined with new technologies, in continuous research on the Jersey reinvented in shapes and combinations with different materials.
The result is a young, dynamic company which places no limits on the creativity of its designers, and which looks to the future by ensuring the continuous training of a multi-generational workforce, to provide an all-round service in the men’s, women’s and children’s sectors, from prototyping to sample making to mass production, passing through painstaking quality control and ending up with delivery.

Craftsmanship and industrialization
With its highly skilled workers, Pigolotti represents the evolution of jersey. Founded in 1979 as an outside manufacturer for major sportswear brands, it went on to specialise in processing jersey combined with high-quality materials such as cashmere, silk and technical fabrics, enriched by special production techniques such as inserts, incisions and embroidery. Active in the men’s, women’s and children’s sectors, the company develops the entire process in-house from the idea to the pattern and prototype then through to production, including quality control and logistics. Continuous staff training brings together workers of all ages, ensuring that the know-how that has made the company an important partner to the best fashion brands is handed down from one generation to the next.
Product development
The production department works in close contact with stylists, providing complete service, from the selection of the fabrics to pattern making
Prototyping
A laboratory dedicated exclusively to prototypes, it relies on expert employees as well as younger personnel, with continuous training.
Production
Production is managed entirely in house, including quality control and dispatch.
