Gruppo Florence announces an evolution of its management structure to support the next phase of the Group’s growth and development.

The new structure enhances the talent within the Group and strengthens a synergistic leadership, focused on the next phase of industrial development.
« Over the years, at Gruppo Florence we have built something that did not exist before: a unique manufacturing platform in the B2B luxury sector, where we have brought together tradition and innovation, craftsmanship and industrialisation, entrepreneurship and management expertise. Assuming the Presidency of the Group today is a source of great pride for me. The new governance structure will allow us to face the next challenges with even greater solidity, strategic vision and managerial capability« , said Attila Kiss, President of Gruppo Florence.
Attila Kiss, who embraced the Gruppo Florence project from the very beginning, taking on its leadership as Chief Executive Officer in 2020 and contributing in a decisive way to the foundation and growth of the industrial platform, will continue to support the Group as President.

With over 25 years of international experience gained in executive roles at Luxottica, Loro Piana and Save The Duck, Ciafrei will lead the next phase of growth as Chief Executive Officer.
