IDENTIKIT
Manifatture Cesari, founded in 1988 by Stefano Romolini and Erika Cesari, deals with jersey covering the entire manufacturing process, from product development to industrialization, from packaging to processing and decoration of the finished product. Cesari is internally equipped with a CAD and 3D office, a cutting department and an ironing department, as well as three subsidiaries, two of which (Romolini Srl and Max Conf Srl) dedicated to the packaging, and one (Red Pixel Srl) which deals with the decoration of the finished product (applications, embroidery, rhinestones, high frequency, and roll to roll).
The company is highly digitized and is able to share a 3D product simulation with the customer. The transition from design to cutting takes place digitally, using a latest generation machine equipped with artificial intelligence. Furthermore, over the years the company has developed considerable specific experience in the processing of raw materials, from the creation of the fabric starting from the spool of yarn, to its processing using traditional and digital all-over printing techniques (sublimation and flocking).
