2. Legal basis and conferment
The legal bases of the processing referred to in point 1.a) are the legitimate interest of the owner to examine the requests received, the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at your request or the execution of a contract of which you are a party. Failure to provide your references would only make it impossible for our staff to answer your question.
3. Storage times
For the treatment referred to in point 1.a), the data will be kept for the period of time necessary to process your request and in any case no later than the terms provided for by specific legal obligations.

These subjects will receive only the data strictly necessary for the performance of the related functions and will undertake to use them only for the purposes indicated above and to treat them in compliance with the applicable privacy legislation. The updated list of all recipients is available by sending a written request to the Owner.
5. Rights of the interested party
We also inform you that, with regard to the data itself, you can exercise the rights provided for in CHAPTER III of the Regulation at any time (among which, by way of example, the right of the interested party to ask the Data Controller for access to data are mentioned. concerning him, their rectification or cancellation, the integration of incomplete ones, the limitation of processing and to oppose in whole or in part the use of data) by writing by mail to the addresses indicated below or to the e-mail address: firstname.lastname@example.org.
