CODE OF ETHICS
This document represents the heart of the Group’s ethics and reflects the ambition to harmonize and enhance the different business cultures within the Group, promoting a shared approach. The Code of Ethics is designed to guide the Florence Group and all those who work with it and make every action an expression of its values.
INTEGRATED POLICY
Gruppo Florence has implemented an Integrated Management System (IMS) covering four key areas: quality, environment, occupational safety and social ethics.
The IMS based on voluntary standards ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, SA8000:2014 represents a strategic approach that facilitates more effective control of business activities, improving operational efficiency and promoting a corporate culture based on responsibility and continuous improvement.
ORGANISATIONAL MODEL PURSUANT TO ITALIAN LEGISLATIVE DECREE 231/2001
In pursuing its objectives of industrial excellence and sustainable development, Gruppo Florence recognises transparency, fairness and responsibility as fundamental values. In this perspective, the Company has adopted an Organisation, Management and Control Model pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001, aimed at preventing the commission of offences and at promoting an ethical corporate culture.
The 231 Model, together with the Gruppo Florence Code of Ethics, is a key tool for ensuring conduct that is consistent with the Group’s principles and with applicable laws and regulations.
ORGANISATIONAL MODEL PURSUANT TO ITALIAN LEGISLATIVE DECREE 231/2001
All companies controlled by Gruppo Florence have adopted their own Organisation, Management and Control Model pursuant to Italian Legislative Decree 231/2001, as a testament to the Group’s commitment to promoting and consolidating a corporate culture based on ethics, transparency and responsibility.
