FLORENCE GROUP DEBUTS AT LINEAPELLE WITH THE FRUITS OF AN INNOVATIVE SYNERGY BETWEEN ITS WORKSHOPS

Gruppo Florence, the Italian leading industrial platform in the luxury sector, is making its debut at the international LINEAPELLE event with the participation of Ricamificio GS, ABC Ricami and Officina Ciemmeci, who will showcase their skills and the results of a new production synergy.

The LINEAPELLE international exhibition, a reference point for the leather, accessories, components, textiles and models sectors for footwear, leather goods, clothing and furnishings, is the ideal setting to showcase the fruits of this collaboration and the products of each company. As integral parts of Gruppo Florence, Ricamificio GS, ABC Ricami and Officina Ciemmeci will come together to present their skills and combine their expertise in the production of creations that are the result of collaboration between the different member companies of the group, with each workshop bringing its own experience and specialization to the table. The resulting creations will combine the savoir-faire in the international textile embellishment industry of Ricamificio GS, the embroidery skills of ABC Ricami, and the precision workmanship of Officina Ciemmeci.

RICAMIFICIO GS, an Abruzzo-based company founded in 1988 by the Galiffa family, today one of the top five embroidery firms in Italy and a leader in the world of embellishment for high fashion brands. Ricamificio GS is the second company specialized in intermediate processing to join Gruppo Florence, after OFFICINA CIEMMECI, a Tuscan enterprise that offers highly innovative processing solutions including washes, dyes and manual treatments, both on fabric and leather. The third protagonist, ABC Ricami, is a family-run business based in Pistoia that has succeeded in turning creative ideas into embroidery by drawing on the technical expertise acquired over the years and by keeping up with current fashions and trends, which allow it to offer state-of-the-art solutions. Currently run by three siblings, Massimo, Barbara and Drea, the son and daughters of founder Raffaella Gelli, the company is growing and has more than 65 employees, a new plant of more than 5,000 square meters, and more than 40 multi-head machines.
