Gruppo Florence is Italy’s first integrated manufacturing pole serving luxury brands globally. Since May 2023, it has been controlled by the international investment firm Permira. This firm works alongside Vam Investments and FII. Both have been present in the Group since its founding. The management team and all the entrepreneurs who have embraced its industrial project also play a crucial role.The unique governance model is based on close cooperation between the financial partners, the entrepreneurial expertise of the management team, and the high-quality manufacturing know-how of the Group’s companies.

Previously, he gained extensive international experience in the high-end fashion industry, developing specific expertise in supply chain management.

A manager with over 25 years of international experience in the fashion, luxury and retail sectors, gained in executive roles at Luxottica, Loro Piana and Save The Duck, where he led the brand’s strategic and operational development on a global scale. With Gruppo Florence since 2025 as General Manager, he now serves as Chief Executive Officer.
