Gruppo Florence is Italy’s first integrated manufacturing pole serving luxury brands globally.
Since May 2023, it has been controlled by the international investment firm Permira, working alongside Vam Investments and FII, present in the Group since its founding, the management team and all the entrepreneurs who have embraced its industrial project. The unique governance model is based on close cooperation between the financial partners, the entrepreneurial expertise of the management team, and the high-quality manufacturing know-how of the Group’s companies.

FABRIZIO CIAFREI
CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER
A manager with over twenty-five years of international experience in the fashion, luxury, retail and industrial sectors. He has held executive positions at Loro Piana, Luxottica and Indesit Company, with responsibilities in general management, operations, finance and transformation.
Having joined Gruppo Florence in 2025 as General Manager, he assumed the role of Chief Executive Officer in May 2026. His experience combines strategic vision and execution capability in driving growth, organisational evolution and value creation.
MICHELE MANZARI
MANAGING DIRECTOR
A manager with extensive international experience in the fashion, luxury and manufacturing sectors, gained in complex, multi-company environments. Before joining Gruppo Florence, he was Group CFO at Etro, with responsibilities in finance, planning and operations.
He joined the Group in 2021 as Chief Financial Officer, accompanying its growth, integration and consolidation journey. In May 2026, he was appointed Managing Director to coordinate the Group’s main business functions and ensure the execution of strategic priorities. Throughout his career, he has led M&A transactions, industrial integration processes and the evolution of governance, planning and control models.
MATTEO MARCHETTI
CHIEF PEOPLE & ORGANIZATION OFFICER
A manager with over twenty years of experience in human resources management within industrial groups and multinational organisations. He has developed expertise in industrial relations, organisational transformation and the management of complex structures, with particular focus on the manufacturing and fashion luxury sectors.
He leads the organisational and human capital strategy in line with industrial and business priorities and is responsible for integrating organisational models and consolidating HR governance processes and systems. His contribution is focused on skills development, organisational effectiveness and the enhancement of people.
VALENTINA BOFFI
CHIEF SUSTAINABILITY OFFICER
A manager with experience in strategic consulting and the automotive and luxury sectors, specialised in sustainability, innovation and business model transformation. At Loro Piana, she established the Sustainability & Innovation functions alongside commercial responsibility for the Fabrics division. In this role, she led the definition of the brand’s first comprehensive sustainability strategy, integrating its principles into B2B business.
Since 2024, she has served as the Group’s Chief Sustainability Officer, developing the organisational structure and governance model for sustainability. She leads the integration of ESG criteria into business processes to support long-term transformation and value creation.
MIRCO OSELLAME
CHIEF COMMERCIAL OFFICER
A manager with over thirty years of experience in the fashion industry, gained in Italian and international manufacturing environments. He has held senior positions at Fashion Box Group (Replay), VF Corporation and Etro, developing solid expertise in product and business development, technological innovation and brand positioning.
In 2018, he became Group CEO of Star New Generation, leading its growth and development as an integrated platform of expertise and services for leading international luxury brands. Following the acquisition of the holding by the Group, he assumed a key role in commercial and product development.

ATTILA KISS
PRESIDENT
A manager with extensive international experience in the fashion, luxury and consumer goods sectors, gained in complex industrial environments. After an early career in strategic consulting, he held senior positions at Mandarina Duck, Pirelli, Balenciaga and Ermanno Scervino, leading growth, internationalisation and organisational transformation across Europe and Asia.
In 2020, he co-founded Gruppo Florence, guiding its development and consolidation as Chief Executive Officer. Having contributed to the growth of Italy’s leading industrial platform serving luxury manufacturing, he assumed the Presidency of the Group from May 2026.
